I appreciate you & @cornchip contributing to my question. It looks like I need to reread Tiny Habits & Atomic Habits with new eyes. I never really thought of my inconsistency as overlooked/neglected habits. But that’s what they are! Thx! I appreciate your feedback. Some times I can’t see what’s right in front of me!
FWIW, that describes pretty much everybody. This is why people hire coaches and consultants that tell them to do obvious stuff - because it wasn’t obvious to them at the time.
