Cowork, Code, Chat, Terminal

I have been following along in the Robot Assistant Field Guide and let me second or third or nth, the thank yous for value for money!

I came across this video, the first part of which is a discussion about the different scope or power of the various iterations of Claude - the website, Chat, Code, Cowork and Terminal.

I am not at all sure I would want to be trying to run Claude in the Terminal - have to learn all those commands and it is The Terminal (!).

As you will pick up, the video (and numerous others) are teasers for a paid course he offers - which I have not done. More than enough trying to get my head around using Cowork for the donkey work. One interesting idea from some of the videos is he creates a number of different agents to do various tasks and functions.

Thanks for this video. It inspired me to try using claude code to do a weekly review. It went surprisingly well. I shared a template markdown file I normally use and asked it to add other things as well. We then walked through each item step by step and claude would prompt me with questions to consider at each step. It was surprisingly helpful! I use claude code for coding and never thought to use it for other things until I watched this video.
