Until Craft implements tags (which they’ve stated is soon), just use linking/backlinking. In your example put an @apple link in your note or daily note. In the “apple” document, the back links section will list “all the places I’ve mentioned apple”.

In the HDMI case, on the daily page where you bought some cables, an @hdmipage by the purchase mention would link you back to the hdmi page. On that page, the back links would show when you bought the cable.

Btw, on any document page, typing /today or /date puts in a link to the corresponding daily page. Or just type @yyyy.mm.dd. On the corresponding daily page, a back link section will show up.

You can in the same way: open another Craft window, navigate to your destination and drag from here to there.
