I’m trying to create a recurring daily shutdown in OmniFocus. Ideally I would like it not to clutter up my tasks for today in forecast. So, far I have a recurring project with 5 tasks. The project repeated daily and is deferred till 9pm each day and due at 11p. However, as the screen shot shows, in Forecast it shows each task and the project to be checked off.
Can I do this differently?
