Delay sending Mail by X seconds (without Mailbutler)

Hi folks, I’m looking for a way to delay the sending of my emails in macOS Mail by just a few seconds so I can “undo” the sending of them. I’ve been doing this with Mailbutler, but I find its menu bar item very annoying and un-hideable which, with the wide spacing in Big Sur, is bugging me a lot.

Is there any way I could do this through some other software, script, or something else? Any thoughts appreciated!

Spark email will allow you to do this.

I don’t believe this can me done without a plugin. Mail Act On does this too, I believe.
