Help! I was on a work trip and clearing cache space on my MBP and somehow I removed all the files/folders in my iCloud Drive. I have several machines backed up via time machine. Does anyone know how to restore the files? Also any good workflows for back up in the future?

Thanks for the tip. Time machine does not seem to store iCloud Drive stuff in a visible user folders. Any idea how to see library folder from within iCloud Drive backup?
Nothing in the recovery folder. They are just wiped away.
