Disable Screen Recording on iPad for kids

We set a passcode and ScreenTime on my teenage son’s iPad, but being an Apple-geek (like me, to be fair to him), he turned on Screen Recording, then asked his mother to make an adjustment to ScreenTime, and got the code. He then disabled whatever he didn’t like.

I’d like to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

I know how to disable screen recording in Game Center, and how to take it off the Control Center, but is there any way to make sure that he can’t just go back into Settings-Control Center and turn it back on?

You have a clever son:joy::exploding_head:

He’s just trying to get you to upgrade to a device that authenticates with TouchID or FaceID.

Sounds like something that could be done with a profile in Apple Configurator: https://www.howtogeek.com/253325/how-to-create-an-ios-configuration-profile-and-alter-hidden-settings/
