Been in Sci Fi for decades but getting closer to using DNA like molecules as data storage.

If this is the case, then this will without doubt be an enormous breakthrough. It always comes down to the final output structures and how they work.

As a researcher, this is incredibly exciting, yet at the same time feeling like we are prodding a slumbering giant :smile:

Yep, I can see folks looking back in 20 years going holy sh** what were we thinking!!! OTOH it could be really good too.

It all depends on the use.
