Do not disturb - question

If I call someone who have Do not disturb on, the phone will keep ringing and eventually go to voicemail, as the receiver won’t notice it, correct?

Now, if I call someone and they have me as “Ignore notifications from” in their active Focus mode, then my call will go straight to voicemail every time, unless they have “Allow repeated calls” on, correct?

I hope someone can verify that the above is indeed the case.

To your first question I have found that if someone has do not disturb activated the phone will go straight to voicemail. Not sure about your second question.

My experience is the same as @Jimbo for both scenarios. Doesn’t ring, goes straight to voicemail.

I wonder if there’s a carrier element though as the carrier doesn’t necessarily know about focus modes.
