Does anyone know MacSparky's Blog Post Workflow?

I recently moved my website to SquareSpace. Squarespace doesn’t allow 3rd party app publications, does anyone know if MacSparky has shared his workflow?

Or does anyone have any cool workflows of their own? I’m thinking I’ll end up just writing in Ulysses and copying and pasting once done, but I’m hoping there are some tricks I can use to simplify the publication process.

Ulysses can publish directly to WordPress and Medum. That helps when you went to publish straight from Ulysses to your blog.
