You might be receiving an old fashioned dead tree letter from Domain Listings for their “Website Listing Service”.
THIS IS A SCAM!
Just paid whois.com about US$6.00 to keep my info private (provided free by DreamHost), which helps to not receive things like this.
Hover does this for free!
But for a commercial website to work you need to put the address info in the footer.
I cant hide from my potential clients…
Maybe report to better business bureau?
Nah thats almost a scam organization by itself.
Quick google search will do the job 
Doesnt matter, visit my website and it’s there for the world to see.
