How are donated shortcuts diff from Siri suggested shortcuts ?
If you go into Shortcuts and the Gallery tab there are “Shortcuts from your Apps”, these update from time to time, and you can easily add to shortcuts from it.
This isn’t a definitive list. When you create a shortcut, in the apps section, you can see all the actions an app has donated, but these might not individually be shortcuts.
