Download and Keep Originals Photos on a Mac

I am trying to make sure I have “download and keep originals” ie photos on my newer iDevices.

Where would I find that on my Mac?

In the Photos app:

Preferences > iCloud tab > select iCloud Photos > select Download Originals to this Mac
