Continuing the discussion from SSD or SD for extra storage?:

Thought it might be time for a new set of drive benchmarks.
iMac Pro, 2017, 8-core Xeon, 32GiB, etc.
CalDigit TS3 dock for USB connections
DiskMark version 2.3

Larger numbers (megabytes per second) are better (except price :slight_smile: )
Sorted by Random Write which seems to be everyone’s Achilles’ heel.
