Employee/Contractor Scheduling Software?

Hello, friends. I manage musical contractors, offering them gigs. Upon reviewing insurance, I found out I need to have a waiver for each of them. Is there some sort of website or app with these features?

  • scheduling (offer shifts)
  • agreement checkboxes (I agree to all of the above: time, location, arrive early, etc)
  • email reminders about upcoming shift/gig

Have found a few like Schedulehead (clunky), Homebase, When I Work, etc. would love to hear from a Mac power user with some experience.

Why not ask them to sign a framework agreement which lays out your expectations of them (including those required by your insurance) then when you offer them shifts simply remind them (in an email) of the obligations they have agreed to.
