As mentioned on the most recent Focused episode, @MacSparky & I want to do something special for episode 100. As we mentioned when we rebranded Free Agents, we consider ourselves fellow travelers on the quest for focus and we’d like to incorporate some audio clips from the community! I’m starting this thread as a place to collect short audio clips (please keep it short) from your own journey. Things like:
- What does focus mean to you?
- What is your own biggest struggle with focus?
- What sorts of things have you done to help you focus more on what matters?
