Exporting photos from Photo App Catalina

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to export on the highest quality available the pictures from Photo Library into a folder. I have a mess on Photo and would like to have it on folders as I did for a long time and then just left them to mess with all memes and stuff. I am running Catalina. Any ideas? All I see is one by one and drag but not sure if this will export the best picture available.
