I get one to three PDF files emailed to me everyday with a delivery ticket, every pdf looks the same only the date pounds delivered truck numbers so on are different and is typed not hand written. I am trying to figure out if it would be possible for something like Devon or hazel to run a workflow that would catch the emailed pdf from the sender and extract that data to something like Numbers or simple rows and columns of the information in a notes type app where I could just look at a weeks worth of deliveries in one spot rather then opening up every email?
AI is pretty good for this. Get a decent prompt going and pass in all the files and you should be sorted. There are better solutions, but few as fast as AI to get started.

I found PDFelement does this relatively well now I just need to automate it a little more
