You can take a screen shot of a movie and thus have a photo of one scene, but you have then a lower resolution picture than that of the movie (if you’ve taken a “quality” movie).

Snap Motion. This is from a developer with a good reputation. One of his apps, Metalimage, is available through Setapp, but not Snap Motion. I keep hoping Snap Motion will be offered through Setapp, but no luck so far.
