Our youngest granddaughter is a new college freshman with a new iPad. She’s very smart and tech savvy. I recommended GoodNotes and OmniFocus to her and thought the app store would recognize that she was on our Family Sharing Plan. Unfortunately, she paid for them. . .BUT it’s only been a couple of days. She can ask for a refund via email but I think phoning Apple Support but garner better results. Suggestions?
BTW–There are way too many hoops to finding the family purchase history.
