I’m interesting in folks’ experience with iOS gym apps like fit.bod and keelo.
I’ve spent the past couple of years going from gym to gym, taking lots of strength and High Intensity classes.
But I think for the future, an app might be the right way to go. I’ve been using fit.bod for a few days and like it. I like the instructions, the clarity, and the tracking.
But I’m curious if others have a favorite app to recommend.
