For me the speed is actually my favorite thing so far. They said they focused on performance… and I can definitely see a jump in overall speed
The grouping of notifications and restrictions that can be imposed by Screen Time are my favorites.

The keyboard trackpad feature has come to lower-end iPhones (iPhone SE in my case). I love it!
The 2FA text message auto-detect and insert feature.

I like the re-design of Books (was iBooks). It should be easier to use too.
Having tinkered with Workflow, I am very much looking forward to the Shortcuts app. I am definitely going to commit some time to learning how to use it to speed up some of my workflows.
Yeah I’m excited for shortcuts too… hopefully they drop that soon
