Focus Mode Sync - Ventura

So I have upgraded the MacBook to Ventura and my iPhone is on 16.1. Excited to use the focus modes, but the settings for them do not appear to have migrated/synced to the Mac.

For example, I have a “Family” mode and when I select on iPhone it also activates on Mac (this is as expected and good) but when I look at the settings for it on the Mac it says “no contacts allowed, no apps allowed” but on my iPhone o have these set up.

Anyone else seeing this? Can I force a sync? Do I need to delete and start again?

I don’t specifically use focus modes on macOS, but I do between the watch, iPhone and iPad.

Allowed People and apps sync between my devices, but filters don’t
