Forcing Desktop site on iOS

I am finding to find a way to force a Desktop site on iOS.

With safari manu sites don’t work when requesting desktop.

iCab if I change the user agent to Safari Mac still doesn’t work for many sites.

The best one which always works is Puffin Browser but that doesn’t support iPhone C yet and hasn’t been updated in a long time.

Am I missing a way to do it with iCab other than just changing the agent? Is there another option I haven’t listed?

Have you tried to hold the Reload button in safari on iOS? this will give you the option to reload the Desktop site.

Yes but many sites block the ability of that to work.
