Really enjoyed Mike Vardy’s candor here, and CostCo is always interesting to me for some reason. 
Regarding the discussion of where the productivity writing niche has been and where it has left to go, I think we still haven’t seen anything close to what’s possible when tools and writing mix. We’re seeing some primitive stabs at it with courses but they still don’t do a lot more than guide the user through content, video and quizzes and provide access to a community.
