General App vs specialized app recipe edition

I got the Mac version yers ago because I had a bunch of recipes in Word and text files to import. It was worth it for that effort. I prefer my iMac when I have to type a lot. Never liked using a keyboard with my iPad. I now use Paprika on my iPad 90% of the time and on the iMac and iPhone 7% & 3% respectively.

I’m a many-year subscriber to AnyList. I like the way it manages recipes, shopping lists, etc. and it’s recipe import from websites works well.

As a result, I’ve never had cause to try Paprika, despite it’s superior name recognition in the community.
