I work at a school that’s private. My work computer is a Windows computer. That said I’m due for a new Mac. Can I just submit a picture of my ID or use my work email to get the discount for back to school?
I’ve had educational discounts for software from Apple using my .ac.th email address.
Staff are eligible for Apple’s education pricing.
K12 - Any employee of a public or private K-12 institution in the United States is eligible, including homeschool teachers.
Higher Education - Faculty and staff of Higher Education institutions in the United States
Cool. If I don’t have a .edu email should I place the order in store instead?
No, it still counts. Canadian schools don’t use .edu at all and we’re still fine!
I’m curious, @ChrisUpchurch posts “it includes
homeschoolers”. What type of documentation
is required to indicate you homeschool?
So my plan was to sell the beats headphones that come with which would allow a $150-$200 discount on top of the educational pricing. Is that my best bet vs buying it from a retailer other then Apple?
Good stuff al thanks, will be placing my order by the end of the week!
http://bhphotovideo.com has an edu account you can sign up for. I believe you can submit a photo of your ID and get an edu account. They have great discounts. It’s great for buying cameras and computers.
