Go back to home screen after Shortcut runs?

I’m trying to put together a shortcut that will instantly change a bunch of settings. I have that part figured out, but once the shortcut runs, it just sits in the shortcuts app. I know I can just press the home button (iPhone 6s, baby!) to get back to the home screen, but I would like to find a way to do that through shortcuts. Any ideas?

You can use the app Launcher (https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/launcher-with-multiple-widgets/id905099592?mt=8) to drop back to the home screen:
