I just listened to the latest episode of MPU wherein David made a casual comment that he wishes Waze capabilities were added to Google Maps. I agree. And we may be getting our wish.
FWIW, I recently switched from Apple Maps back to Google Maps after a minor fiasco in Los Angeles where I noted that Apple Maps was taking me ten minutes out of my way AND on an endless loop. While I miss the Watch notifications, otherwise I’m happier with Google Maps.
