Grammarly Support Going Downhill?

I had a little issue with Grammarly yesterday working intermittently in SparkMail. I emailed support. The answer was about the basics, which I checked. I updated the ticket and I continue to get cookie cutter answers. The problem is intermittent and they want to check permissions?

The first email mentioned turning on/off the Grammarly Tab. I’ve never heard of this tab and couldn’t easily find it in their documentation. I asked for a link to documentation, I didn’t get it. Sadly my Grammarly renewed a week ago.

Is it just me or has there support function fallen apart?

You can’t expect Superhumans to respond to mere mortals…

Grammarly Rebrands Company as Superhuman

Isn’t funny, I get better support from the friendly strangers on this forum, than I do from the vendor of the tool, that I pay $$ for.

I don’t think it’s funny – I think it’s inane but sadly typical. A company so lacking in judgement that it calls itself ‘Superhuman’ cannot be trusted to anything properly, including user support. (Not that I would have used Grammarly anyway, but now I double won’t use it…)
