The entire category of AI listener/notetakers is evolving pretty rapidly, but it seems that Granola has captured the imagination of Apple folks (mostly because of their great Apple OS focused apps). I recently saw Talat, which is MacOS only, but has a old-school buy once pricing model. No subscription. Talat isn’t as full featured as Granola, but it is quite good. I’ve used both to record meetings, and the level of notetaking is similar.
My question to the MPU community - Has anyone else tried Talat? Is Granola the ‘best’? Any other apps out there worth looking at?
