Has Anyone Tried MacInCloud?

I am increasingly using Devonthink DT3 for my work with my staff helping to upload new documents.

For now I am using the Web Server feature of DT3 since I use a Mac but most of my staff use Windows PCs. But there are a good number of DT3 features which cannot be accessed via the web server.

Thus I am intrigued by this site for MacInCloud and wondering if I could install a synced copy of DT3 there for staff to access from non-Mac computers.

Has anyone used MacInCloud? Do they have competitors?

I guess https://www.macstadium.com/ would be a competitor - but also a different proposition in that you get a hosted Mac Mini to yourself rather than a VM.
