Have you ever allowed an app to track you

I know I picked this one, just pointed out this is not related to services

My point is the other policy items also do not cover 3rd party data transfer in detail, just generically.

Just for the discussion: I AM an Apple user, and “willingly” press the ok button to prevent my devices from being bricked. I’m just pointing out that Apple itself is not all rainbows and unicorns when it comes to privacy if it gives them a product or marketing edge. (f.e. they’re still getting paid by Google for shipping their search engine as default)

And they do provide a setting, to prevent Google from tracking!
So what!?!
And why should Apple include “3rd party data transfer” in their policys?
That is the business of those “3rd parties”.
Or do you mean the transfer of data from Apple towards those “3rd parties”?
Those is of course included in the privacy policy, I linked above!

I allow GM tracking too. And IMHO, there is no privacy friendly alternatives. If I carry a mobile phone or drive a car I’m being tracked by someone. So I might as well take advantage of the technology to make my life easier/more enjoyable.

Yeah, I’m resigned to it.
