I currently have a 27" Cinema Display monitor hooked up to my 2020 MBA via a miniDV port on a Hyper+ Dock. I was wondering if I would see a noticeable difference and/or if there are advantages in plugging the monitor into the HDMI port instead. Granted, my eyes are not as finely attuned as before, but strictly from a technical viewpoint, what’s the diff?
