Health, Apple Watch and Work Out Buddy

I have used the Apple Watch (currently Ultra 2) for at least four years to track my workouts. I also monitor health statistics with the Health app. Recently, I started using Workout Buddy. It can be cheesy but does provide helpful stats at the beginning and during the workout.

Do you use Apple Watch for workouts and health stats or something else?

I predominantly use Apple Watch for health stats and move ring.
Don’t have many apps installed, the built-in apps are good enough for me.

Fitness and Health-stuff - like you. As alarm-clock in the morning and for navigation with Workoutdoors (its easier to look at the watch than getting the phone out).

Nice resting heart rate! I like the watch’s heart rate and (mostly) automatic workout tracking. I compare heart rate + activity + glucose trends over time.

God has blessed me with good health, for which I’m grateful. :pray:t2:

I use the Apple Watch with the built in apps. I will typically turn to the IPhone to review all the stats.

glucose trends over time.

I assume you are using a third party glucose monitor because Apple Watch doesn’t support it. Do you have any suggestions on which ones to use and If they can also auto sync up with the Health app?

I use prescribed Dexcom; their Stelo monitor is available without a prescription. Both can sync with Apple Health.
