How can I get macOS to ignore updates for my iOS apps?

Ever since I upgraded to Ventura, I am suddenly seeing updates for all my iOS and iPadOS apps on the App Store on my Mac. I can’t seem to find any way to turn that off. These are my App Store settings:

Apart from wanting to hide those updates, I don’t even understand why all those apps are showing as “Update” when I haven’t even installed them.

Wait … it looks like I do have them installed. I have no idea why. I did not choose to install them. Is this something that the Ventura Update does? Or perhaps it even asked me and I didn’t understand what I was agreeing to?

Anyway, I guess I’ll go ahead and delete a couple of dozen mobile apps from my Mac…
