How Can I Remove Cursor Crosshairs

Mac – Sonoma

Cursor Crosshairs just appeared everywhere - and I would like to get rid of them.

I open system settings > accessibility > display

and

system settings > accessibility > pointer

But I do not see any place where I can remove the cursor crosshairs

Any ideas?

Don’t think macos has functionality to change cursor shape to e.g. crosshair. Did you perhaps installed some app or utility that provides that abiity? Cursorcerer for example does this, just a thought.

YES YOU DID IT!!!

myPoint Light S.app had accidentally been set to show crosshairs - so when I unchecked it - problem solved!!!

BTW: the app was on but not showing in the menu so i did not think to look for it!

THANKS AGAIN!!!

Glad i was of use today
