I have no idea what this thing is called.
It rarely has anything useful, but it is always blocking something in an app.
You can’t unfortunately.
I’m assuming you have a Bluetooth or Smart Keyboard attached.
It just pops up all the time. You dismiss it and it appears again without you even noticing.
It’s a complete nuisance.
