How do I set up a keyboard shortcut or trackpad gesture to toggle voice control

Sometimes when I’m dictating using voice control I get a phone call and I pick up the phone before I remember to say go to sleep to tell voice control to stop listening. Then while answering the call I have to go through the menu to get voice control to stop listening. I would love to be able to set up a keyboard shortcut

On my Mac I’ve set it up so that accessibility shorts are enabled in Control Centre.

I can’t remember how, but it’s almost certainly a setting in system preferences, control centre.

I think you can tell it to add it to the menu bar too.
