How do I unenroll from iOS 12 beta program? Profiles missing from settings

Now that the public beta program for iOS 12 is done, I want to unenroll. The instructions I’ve found say you just remove the Profile from Settings. However, when I go to Settings I don’t see anything for Profiles. How do I unenroll? Thanks!

The only thing I did was delete the iOS 12 beta profile. From your message, I am not sure if you are saying you aren’t sure where to find the profiles. The profile is in:

Settings > General > Device Management > iOS 12 Beta Test Profile

The profile name may be wrong as I have deleted it. After deleting the profile the iOS 12 public release was available and no issues since.

Hope this helps.

I deleted the profile, restarted and the phone gave me the option to install ios12.1 public beta… So I can’t get out of the beta program at all !

Your phone probably already downloaded the update, which is why it’s nagging you to update even though you deleted the profile. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and look at the list. You should see the iOS 12.1 Beta listed there. Delete it, and your phone should stop asking you to update.

That deleted the red 1. We’ll see if the nagging continues. Thanks!

Deleted the update from storage, but the iPhone still showed the 1.
Finally just made an icloud backup and did a factory reinstall via itunes to fix the issue.
