How to make a URL link to a local video with a specific start point?

I’ve made this link in Obsidian to a local video file:

[Masking](<file:////Volumes/WD2TB HFS/Masking.mp4>)

I’ve set Elmedia Player as a default player for mp4 files, and this link starts the video playing at the beginning. Is there something I can add to this link to have it at the 60-second point when it starts playing? (For YouTube, you can add “&t=60” to the end of the link to do this)

I think the ability to start at a specific time has to be a feature of the player you are using.
