I am new to Apple Notes. I would like to sort the folders and not finding any options. I did discover drag and drop which might be useful at times. With over 80 folders, I would like to be able to sort them alphabetically, creation date and maybe last date of a note being added. Thank you!
I am not a guru but I don’t think you can sort the folders. You can only move them into the desired order. “All iCloud” will always be at the top, then “Notes” followed by your folders. “Recently deleted” will always be at the bottom.
Is it really true that Notes folders (still) cannot be automagically sorted alphabetically?
Does anyone have a workaround for what I believe to be a simple feature which thousands would welcome.
I was so sure upgrading to a newer mac with Sonoma would finally solve this very annoying problem with an amazing app!!! Like many of you I have A Lot of folders and searching for a note is tedious
