BTW, it’s just similar to perplexity AI. And they already had search (with bing integration).
It’s one of those GPTs (from GPT store), but with its custom UI. More to create hype by adding the word “search” to take on google 
. The hype of ChatGPT is dying down so they keep releasing feature in “preview” without actually releasing it haha.
PS: BTW, Meta open sourced LLama 3.1…we’ll see how far these closed sourced model run for. Interesting next few months/years
Will have the same issues as ChatGPT with made-up or incorrect responses. Also this piece in a UK broadsheet newspaper is apposite
I have a different take on this matter. I believe we all benefit when there is more competition in the search space. As AI gets more reliable, there may be good alternatives to Google search. I think that will benefit all of us.
