As so many others in this forum, I’m an Apple user at home but I have to use Windows at work.
I miss Hazel, Drafts and Shortcuts when at work. So decided to have a go with Microsoft Power Automate.
It’s nice and I can see lots of “flows” (like Shortcuts) that I can use. However I think they fail where Apple succeeded with Automator and Shortcuts: Simplicity.
For example, to add today’s date into a subject of an email, I needed to use this syntax nowUTC(‘dd/MM’)
. I’m not a programer and needless to say that documentation was very (VERY) poor.
I’m not giving up as of now but definitely appreciate Shortcuts and Automator a lot more!
PS - if you know of good sources for MS Power Automate please let me know!!
