iCloud (archive)

Many of my files were moved to iCloud (archive). As a result the Music app is not recognizing my active subscription. What should I move and back to where. Already spent about 1½ hrs on phone w. Apple. Thanks.

Apple Support probably remains your best bet, especially as I don’t see how iCloud Drive (“archive”???) relates to an Apple Music subscription, or which subscription you’re referring to. Or what specific files you’re talking about.

Apple support’s (latest) recommendation is to reinstall the OS. Seems like overkill.

Authorize gives me an error message. So does signing in. As does trying to sign up for a free trial. These are different from my initial error message which was FUSE error.

I’m willing to try this but the last time I signed out of iCloud it took over a day for ICloud Drive to repopulate.
