iCloud Contacts Don't Appear on Mac

This one even has Apple Support stumped. My iCloud Contacts stopped appearing on my Late 2016 MacBook Pro when I was on Sierra. Upgrading to High Sierra didn’t fix it, nor did Mojave. I’ve tried everything short of a nuke and pave, which I really don’t want to do, but will if necessary. Anyone have any ideas before I take the plunge?

On a recent episode of ATP, John Siracusa noted that contact photos over 224KB will mess up iCloud syncing.

Thanks Chris! I’m willing to bet this is my issue. I have a lot of photos of my contacts that were used at full resolution. I’ll have to go in and fix them.
