iCloud Sync needs to repair permissions

I have never encountered this before, but this morning, after installing the 26.4 update, I was greeted with this banner across the top of my documents folder:

I’ve never seen that before, and I was wondering if others had, or have recently. More curiosity than a complaint or problem to be solved.

I’ve seen it just this week when iCloud Sync seems to be stuck and causing problems with Lightroom Etc. I came here looking to repair permissions.
