I agree and I think we throw around the term “bullying” too loosely. The dictionary definition is “abuse and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful, prone to or characterized by overbearing mistreatment and domination of others.” Nothing stated above matches that definition in my estimation.

OK I edited my post. Just because some people think something constitutes bullying doesn’t mean it meets the dictionary definition of bullying. Maybe we are part way there though. Microsoft and Apple both have power over users. Users who rely on a platform for whatever reason are vulnerable. If something steals a second of my life, that, to me is mistreatment, but technically it’s a usability fail.
