Flexibits is warning about upgrading Reminders after installing iOS 13:

Unfortunately I can’t remember what I did last week when I installed iOS 13 GM (which is equal to the final version released today).
How can I check whether I upgraded or not?
(Reminders seem broken anyway: tasks I enter on the iPhone disappear immediately…)
