iOS 13: Remove user(s) from share sheet?

The new iOS 13 share sheet shows persons I have recently/regularly messaged on the first horizontal row (above Apps and actions). Since I hardly ever use messages I see a single face of a friend who I will hardly ever want to select when opening the share sheet.

How can I disable showing a specific or all persons I have messaged in this row?

(The row also displays nearby devices; that’s fine for me)

I don’t think you can.
Would have been nice if they’d just used the contact favorites, but no, this is all done “on device” using “machine learning” :unamused:
